PUBLIC ORGANIZATION “FISHERMEN CLUB OF UKRAINE” (hereinafter referred to as “FCU”) announces a tender for the procurement of equipment to support the activities of five Family Support Centers (laptops, multifunction printers, projection, television and audio equipment, network and power equipment, etc.) within the framework of the project “Strengthening Communities in Southern and Eastern Ukraine through Localised Actions (EMPOWER)”. The project is implemented under Grant Agreement No. 81322765 dated 16 December 2025 with the support of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.
Tender announcement date: 20 August 2026.
Place of delivery: Mykolaiv, Dnipro, Kharkiv and Fastiv. The location of the fifth Family Support Center will be determined additionally and communicated by the Customer in writing.
The goods shall be delivered to the Family Support Centers in the quantities and to the addresses specified in the technical specification and/or the Customer’s written purchase orders.
Delivery, loading and unloading of the goods shall be carried out by and at the expense of the Supplier. The cost of delivery to all five locations must be included in the total price of the goods and will not be paid separately by the Customer.
Delivery period: until 14 December 2026 inclusive, with the possibility of further extension upon agreement of the Parties and/or in the event that the project implementation period is extended.
Deadline for submission of tender proposals: seven (7) calendar days, including the announcement date — until 26 August 2026 inclusive.
All tender proposals received by FCU after the submission deadline, namely after 6:00 p.m. on 26 August 2026, will not be considered.
Requirements for participants:
Participants must:
● be duly registered business entities in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine;
● have the relevant types of economic activity registered under the Classification of Economic Activities (KVED);
● have experience in supplying similar goods;
● ensure the high-quality and timely delivery of goods in accordance with the terms and conditions of this tender.
Financial requirements:
Participants must specify in their commercial proposal:
● the price excluding VAT (or other mandatory taxes/fees);
● the price including VAT (or other mandatory taxes/fees, where applicable).
If a participant is not a VAT payer, this must be stated separately in the proposal.
The tender proposal must include the following information:
- A commercial proposal (in accordance with the Tender Form) in Excel/Word format, together with a scanned copy bearing a signature and stamp.
- Registration documents:
- an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Associations;
- a copy of an extract from the register of taxpayers or another document confirming the applicable taxation system;
- a bank account confirmation letter/bank details;
- A certificate of compliance with the qualification requirements (according to the provided template), bearing a signature and stamp (if applicable);
- A cover letter (according to the provided template);
The participant may provide additional documents confirming its technical, organizational and operational capacity to supply the goods.
Scanned copies of the registration documents must be submitted together with the complete package of tender documentation.
Payment: payments will be made in the national currency of Ukraine — Ukrainian hryvnia — by bank transfer to the Supplier’s bank account.
Preference will be given to the participant offering the best value for money, optimal delivery conditions and favorable payment terms. All other conditions being equal, preference will be given to a participant who agrees to receive 100% payment after each actual delivery of goods and the signing of the relevant primary accounting documents.
The tender winner will be selected by the organizer following the financial and technical evaluation of the submitted proposals, but no later than 31 August 2026. Notification of the tender results will be sent to the email address specified by the participant in the Tender Form.
By participating in this tender, the participant acknowledges and agrees that the tender organizer reserves the right to request additional documents and/or information confirming that individual provisions of the submitted documents comply with the requirements and conditions of this announcement.
By submitting documents to participate in the procurement procedure (tender) under this announcement, the participant confirms its understanding and acceptance that the organizer may reject its proposal if the proposals of other participants contain more favorable terms.
