FISHERMEN CLUB OF UKRAINE (hereinafter – “FCU”), EDRPOU code 42261174, announces a tender for the procurement of services for transportation, storage, and handling of materials within the framework of Project No. UKR26_0222 dated March 04, 2026 “DOVIRA II: ‘Trust in Ukrainian’ – Development of Organized Life-Saving Interventions to Provide Assistance to the Most Vulnerable Population in Ukraine”.
Tender announcement date: 20 July 2026.
Place of service provision: Ukraine, Sumy, 3 Voskresenska Street — territorial communities of Sumy region (list provided in the Tender Form).
Service period: tentatively from 5 August 2026 to 30 November 2026.
Deadline for submission of tender proposals: 14 (fourteen) calendar days, including the tender announcement date — until 2 August 2026 inclusive, no later than 6:00 p.m. Kyiv time.
All tender proposals received by the“Fishermen Club of Ukraine” after the submission deadline, namely after 6:00 p.m. on 2 August 2026, shall not be considered.
Requirements for Participants:
The Participant must:
- be a registered business entity in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine;
- have at least one year of experience in providing similar logistics services;
- ensure the performance of services within the timeframes specified in the contract;
- guarantee storage, loading, and unloading of goods;
- demonstrate the ability to provide the services properly, efficiently, and within the required timeframe;
- ensure the availability of vehicles with appropriate load capacity and proper technical condition.
Financial requirements:
Tenderers shall specify the following in their commercial proposal:
- the price excluding VAT or other mandatory taxes and charges;
- the price including VAT or other applicable mandatory taxes and charges.
Where the Tenderer is not registered as a VAT payer, this shall be expressly indicated in the proposal.
The tender proposal must include the following information:
- Commercial proposal (in accordance with the “Tender Form”) in Excel/Word format + scanned copy with signature and seal.
Registration documents:
- extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations (not older than 3 months from the submission date);
- copy of tax certificate or taxpayer certificate, copy of extract from the taxpayer register (not older than 3 months from the submission date);
- bank account certificate/details;
- copy of passport of the individual entrepreneur or company director — pages 1–6 and pages indicating place of registration, or both sides of ID card together with residence extract;
- copy of the first page of the international passport of a citizen of Ukraine (page with personal data indicating name in Latin) — if available.
- Certificate of compliance with qualification requirements (according to the template) with signature and seal (if available);
- Cover letter (according to the template);
- Vehicle registration certificate;
- Reference letters (if available).
Scanned copies of registration documents shall be submitted as part of the full tender documentation package.
Payment:
Payment for services actually provided and duly accepted shall be made in the national currency of Ukraine — Ukrainian hryvnia — on the basis of a Service Acceptance Certificate signed by both Parties and a corresponding invoice.
The cost of the services shall be denominated in United States dollars (USD). The amount payable in Ukrainian hryvnia shall be calculated by converting the amount in USD specified in the relevant Service Acceptance Certificate at the actual USD buying exchange rate applied by the Purchaser’s bank when converting the funds of the relevant foreign currency tranche from United States dollars into Ukrainian hryvnia.
Such exchange rate shall constitute the applicable conversion rate and shall be used to determine the final amount payable under the relevant Service Acceptance Certificate. The actual conversion rate may be confirmed by a bank statement or another settlement document issued by the Purchaser’s bank.
Preference will be given to the supplier offering the best value for money in terms of service quality, service conditions, and payment terms (under equal conditions, preference will be given to the supplier offering 100% payment upon completion of services).
The successful Tenderer shall be selected following the financial and technical evaluation of the tender proposals in accordance with the selection criteria specified in this announcement, but no later than 5 August 2026. Notification will be sent to the email address specified in the Tender Form.
The participant of this competition acknowledges and agrees that the tender organizer reserves the right to request additional documents and/or information confirming compliance of certain provisions with the requirements and conditions of this announcement.
By submitting documents for participation in this procedure, the participant confirms their understanding and agreement that the organizer may reject their proposal if proposals from other participants contain more advantageous conditions.
