Fishermen Club of Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as “FCU”), EDRPOU code 42261174, announces a tender for the procurement of training organization services under thr Project No.UKR/PCA2025833/PD2026908 “Provision of Integrated Child Protection and Social Support Services in Remote Areas of Sumy Region”
Tender announcement date: May 19, 2026.
Place of service delivery: Kamianets-Podilskyi
Service period: to December 31, 2026
Deadline for submission of tender proposals: 14 (fourteen) calendar days including the date of announcement — until June 02, 2026 inclusive.
All tender proposals received by FCU after the deadline, namely after 16:00 on June 02, 2026, will not be considered.
Requirements for Participants:
Services may be provided by business entities registered and operating in the territory of Ukraine, in compliance with the requirements of current legislation of Ukraine and possessing the relevant experience in the provision of services. By participating in this procurement, the participant confirms that there are no grounds prohibiting participation in this Tender.
The participant confirms that it will ensure high-quality and timely provision of transportation services, including rental of passenger vehicles for mobile teams within Sumy Oblast in accordance with the requests agreed by the Parties “Organization of road transportation”.
The tender proposal must include the following information:
- A financial proposal (in accordance with the Tender Form) in Excel/Word format + a scanned copy with signature and stamp.
- Registration documents:
- extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations (not older than 3 months from the submission date);
- copy of tax registration certificate or extract from the taxpayer register (not older than 3 months from the submission date);
- bank account details / certificate of account opening;
- copy of the passport of the Individual Entrepreneur (FOP) or company director — pages 1–6 and the page indicating the place of registration, or a copy of the ID card (both sides) together with an extract confirming the place of residence;
- Statement of Compliance with qualification requirements (as per template) with signature and stamp (if applicable);
- Cover Letter (as per template);
- Reference letters (if available).
Scanned copies of registration documents shall be provided as part of the full tender documentation package.
Payment: Payment: shall be made in the national currency of Ukraine by bank transfer to the supplier’s bank account.
Preference will be given to the supplier offering the best ratio of price and quality of services, terms of service provision and payment (under equal conditions, preference is given to the supplier offering 100% post-payment upon service delivery).
The determination of the tender winner will be carried out by the organizer after financial and technical evaluation of the submitted proposals in accordance with the essential selection criteria specified in this announcement, but no later than June 04, 2026. Notification will be sent to the email address specified in the Tender Form.
The participant acknowledges and agrees that the tender organizer reserves the right to request additional documents and/or information confirming compliance of certain provisions of the documents with the requirements and conditions of this announcement.
By submitting documents for participation in the general procedure (tender) under this announcement, the participant confirms its understanding and agreement that the organizer may reject its proposal if proposals of other participants contain more favorable conditions.
